1. Act as a liaise role in between hotel revenue management team and HRCC ResMax team. Ensure proper procedures are followed and any opportunities of revenue maximization are not missed. 承担起酒店收益管理团队与希尔顿预订及客户关怀中心的日常联络工作。确保遵守必要程序和不遗漏任何可将收益最大化的机会。
2. Responsible for group reservations and maintain a responsive way relating to any queries from internal and external customers. 负责团队预订并对内部和外部顾客提出的任何询问予以快速解决。
3. Maintain the accuracy of rates uploaded to a 3rd party websites. Ensure a proper and smooth communication in between the hotel and 3rd party vendor such as Ctrip. 保证上传至第三方网站的价格准确无误,确保同例如携程等第三方之间的沟通顺畅。
4. Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel. Up-selling belongs to highest priorities. 实现客房销售和收益的最大化,升级销售永远是重中之重。
5. Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel. 确保自己采取积极的销售态度,不错任何酒店内销售机会。
6. Develop and maintain a high level of communication with major sources of business and advice the Revenue Manager of feedback where necessary. 发展并保持对主要业务方的高水平沟通,并在必要的时候反馈给收益管理经理。
7. Advise the Revenue Manager of any changes or trends relating to business. 将与业务有关的任何趋势变化及时告知收益经理。
8. Ensure all refused business is recorded with reasons for refusal. 确保所有的被拒业务根据原因加以归档。
9. Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received. 遵守公司的信用制度并确保所有预期收益能被及时收取。
10. Adhere to pre-set availability and rate controls. 遵守预先设定的客房供应及房价控制。
