To assist in the day to day running of the Human Resources Department ensuring administration systems and company policies and procedures are followed whilst maintaining a high degree of associate satisfaction.

JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求 :
1. Minimum 2years of experience in Human Resources profession of a sizeable international organization.2年以上大型跨国公司人力资源工作经验
2.Good knowledge in Words, Excel and PowerPoint.熟悉Words, Excel和PowerPoint
3.Attention to details关注细节.
4.Ability to compile reports as required using HRMIS.具备用人事系统编辑报告的能力
5.Ability to work as a team to achieve common goal. 团队工作达成一般工作目标的能力
6. Have service mentality具有服务精神
7. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.熟练运用书面英语、英语口语和普通话.Certificate of college English Test – Level 4.持有大学英语4级证书
8. Good general education, preferably University graduates.良好的全面教育,本科毕业者优先
