JOB OVERVIEW职位概述
· Perform entry-level human resources duties in support of the hotel’s Human Resources programs and philosophies. Provide basic employee assistance, often serving as initial point of contact for human resources-related matters.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
· Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklists.
· 遵循聘用前,雇用期间和离职检查单。
· Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures.

· Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all Staff and Managers

· Assist managers in developing work practices that are in line with OH &S policies.

· Assist with line staff counselling and career management.
· 协助员工的咨询和职业管理工作。
· Initiate programs which foster good work relations such as social club and consultative committees.
· 建立倡导良好工作关系的计划如:社交俱乐部和顾问委员会等。
· Maintenance of employee files.
· 员工档案的维护工作。
· Data Base Management.
· 数据库的管理。
· Manage standardized responses to correspondence.
· 管理标准化的书信回复。
· Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation through ongoing training.
· 协助维护一套全面的,通用的,以顾客为中心的部门规范和程序,通过持序性的培训监督规范和程序的执行。
· Staff entry procedures for handling.
· 员工入职手续的办理。
· Manage employee attendance and assist finance department to complete monthly payroll.
· 员工考勤管理和协助财务部完成每月工资的发放。
· Follow up the approval and distribution of department documents.
· 跟进部门文件的签批和分发。
· Manage employee labour protection relationship.
· 管理员工劳保关系。
· Ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations and hotel or company policies and procedures.
· 确保遵守相关劳工法规及酒店或公司的政策与流程。
· Investigate and study all problems occurring in the work, understand the facts, instantly identify potential risks to the hotel or the company, and promote the resolution of problems through various employee relations programs.
· 对工作中发生的所有问题进行调查和研究,了解事实情况,即时发现对酒店或公司可能造成的潜在风
险,并通过各类员工关系项目来促进问题的解决。
Collect and maintain exit interviews, turnover statistics, absenteeism reports and other data to understand trends, training needs and management issues.
· 收集并维护离职面谈、人员流动统计、旷工报告等数据,了解各种趋势、培训需求和管理问题等。
· Complete other assigned tasks.
· 完成其它分配的任务。
