Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
· Monitor the daily operations of reservations(e.g. LNR/KNR/Wechat/Email/E-booking/Brand web online)

· Control rooms inventory including allocation and reservations to areas of maximum yield and blackout dates.
管理客房清单,包括对最佳效益区的客房及禁止预订日期的分配和预订进行管理。
· Develop and conduct rooms based marketing activities
开展和实施以客房为基础的市场活动。
· Track sales programs/promotions/advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments
跟踪销售计划,促销活动,广告,并向相关部门提供必要的反馈。
· Track and establish pick up trends, occupancy history and market segment development to facilitate forecasting
记录散客驱势,入住率记录和市场细分发展情况来协助预测工作
· Create and maintain allotments

· Record and analyze guest questionnaires on a monthly basis

· Ensure accuracy of guest history and client profiles in Data Base

· Track market codes

· Manage Hotel Bank and GDS close out/opening-up dates, if applicable

· Complete weekly and end of month sales report

· Ensure all Groups are contracted

· Conduct market research and analysis

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
· There or more years of experience in a hotel reservation department or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team. Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required. Must speak local language(s). Other languages preferred.
3 年及以上酒店预定部或相关工作经验,需具备直接管理销售团队经验,需要熟知本地业务及业务趋势,必须掌握本地语言,能同时使用其它语言者优先。
· Communication skills are utilized for a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
精通微软办公软件
· Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

· Proficient in English & Mandarin
