Job Summary 概述
Implement and complete job duties assigned by Talent and Culture Manager. Be responsible for the day-to-day HR operation tasks, which will be involved into HR administration, employee relation, compensation and benefits etc.
完成人才与文化经理分配安排的工作内容及职责,负责日常人力资源运营相关事务,涉及人事行政、员工关系、薪酬福利等方面的工作。
Qualifications 资质
1. HR / admin working or internship experience in hotel or other industry is preferred, also welcome fresh graduate.
具备酒店或其他行业人力资源/行政工作或实习经验者优先,应届毕业生亦可申请。
2. Bachelor's Degree or above, bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English.
本科及以上学历,中英文双语流利。
3. Proper computer skills, familiar with office tools, word, excel, ppt etc., visual design ability is preferred.
掌握基础计算机技能,熟练使用Office办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT等),具备基础平面设计能力者优先。
4. Good communication and coordination skills, basic conflict handling skills.
良好的沟通协调能力,掌握基本冲突处理技巧。
5. Attention to detail and closed-loop working style, always be positive and responsible.
注重细节且具备闭环工作思维,始终保持积极负责的工作态度。
