Responsibilities
工作职责
1.Work closely with the Reception to ensure correct room status at all times;
与前台接待密切合作确保正确的房态;
2.Supervise and control all Housekeeping operations. Assist assign and supervise the floor associates in their work and assist if required;
管理和控制所有客房日常运行,分配和监督楼层员工的工作并在需要时提供帮助;
3.Inspect the VIP room and oversee the inspection of Vacant Clean rooms;
检查VIP房间并且监督抽查已清洁的房间;
4.Identify VIP, regular and long staying guest, develop rapport to offer personalized service and assistance;
确认VIP客人,常住客人和长包房客人。建立良好关系并提供个性化和超值服务;
6.Ensure proper handling of Lost and Found;
确保恰当的处理客人的失物与招领;
7.Attend promptly to all guest complaints and requests.
对所有客人投诉和要求及时做出回应。
Job Requirements
岗位要求
1.2 years and above of related working experience prefered;
2年以上相关工作经验者优先;
2.Hospitiy,good team leading spirit and executive ability;
热情好客,有良好的团队领导精神及执行力;
3.Good communications skills and computer skills.
良好的沟通及电脑使用能力。
