The Guest Relations Supervisor ‘s main duty is following hotel standards, responsible for all aspects of the guest relations functions, this includes implementing and maintaining the highest level of services, acting as a role model to the team, supporting the guest relations team’s daily operation, supervising the tasks of cashiers, butlers, office work, lobby traffic etc. insure department’s SOP is fully implemented.Through a smooth communication and follow-up, to provide a most comfortable experience
for our guests. Assisting Guest Relations Manager to manage administrative tasks and support with conducting trainings and monitoring standards, and support the daily tasks assigned by the Guest Relations Manager.
