Oversee the administrative activities of payroll, benefits, legal compliance and employment laws.Develop Talent & Culture and Learning & Development budget on yearly basis.Implement guidelines, hotel T&C policies & procedures in compliance with corporate directionGuide and coordinate with the department heads to recruit the qualified ambassadors based on operational needs; using interview selection tools to undertake the high quality recruiting指Supervise directly the Learning & Development department and ensure that all training activities are in accordance to the needs of the hotel and the suggestion from the Accor AcademeCreate a mutual relationship with the related persons in the owning company and ensure the smooth communication between the management and the owning company
监督行政工作事务如工资、福利、遵纪守法和就业法。根据年度情况发展人才与文化和学习与发展的预算。依照公司指导方向实施指导方针、酒店人才与发展管理政策和规则。导和协调部门负责人招聘符合营运需求的员工;使用恰当的面试选拔工具确保高质量的招聘。直接监督学习与发展部并确保所有培训活动都是根据酒店需求并且符合雅高学院的建议。与业主公司的工作人员创建良好的互动关系,并且确保所有沟通在业主公司和管理公司之间的顺畅。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
At least 5 years working experience as HR director of international brand hotel.Good oral and written English skills.五年以上国际品牌酒店人力资源总监工作经验。英语口语与书写流利。
