职位概括
Responsible for booking, selling, upselling the hotel’s room and other revenue centers and providing information to prospective guests and bookers. To capture sales from the incoming calls in compliance with Four Seasons Standards coordinate details of each reservation via Opera/Lotus to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.按照部门工作程序处理客房的预订，客房的向上促销，及提供相关的信息给于客人及预订者，从接听电话中完成销售，并在Opera或者Lotus系统中按照四季集团的标准来保证客人的要求能够实现，达到客人满意。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求
College Diploma or academic certification or related hotel experience more than 1 year.大学学历要求或者1年以上的相关酒店工作经历。
Experiencewith Opera an advantage.
熟悉酒店管理系统Opera从业经历者优先。
Reading,writing and oral proficiency in English and mandarin. Additional language anadvantage.
良好的英语阅读、书写、口语能力。懂得不同的语言者优先。
