职位概括
Supervise a given shift at the Communications. Directsstaff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties onown: answers and directs phone calls request and faxes in an efficient,courteous and professional manner. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests byaccurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personalrecommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction whilecomplying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
督导一个班次,安排自己以及指导员工按照下列职责工作,以高效率、有礼貌、专业的工作态度来最大化满足客人需求。应客人的需求,接听电话、转接电话、收发传真等。通过准确地解读客人的所需所想来应对客人各种各样的要求,适当的加入个人的建议及关怀,在遵循四季酒店的策略的同时实现顾客满意最大化。

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求
Good skills ofthe English and Cantonese or Mandarin languages. Preferably foreign languageability.
具有良好的沟通技巧及中英文的读写能力,更希望具有多国语言能力。
Must be serviceoriented and be able to maintain Four Seasons standard hospitality at all times
有良好的服务意识,在任何时候都能够适应四季的相关标准和理念。
Good knowledge and very familiar with Opera system
良好的知识量储备,熟知Opera系统的操作。
Previousconcerned working experience is preferred, but can be replaced by general goodattitude and appearance and with potential to easily learn the skills
有相关工作经验者更佳,良好的工作态度和工作表现,良好的学习掌握新知识的能力。
