【岗位职责】
1.在营运过程中将对于餐饮产品的检验和监督贯穿始终,并在适当的情况下作出反馈。
Tastes and monitors the food andbeverage products served throughout the operation, provides feedback whereappropriate.
2.对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解,并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。
Have a thorough knowledge andunderstanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability torecommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
3.协助监督对所有运营设备和营业用品的月度盘点。
Assists in conducting monthly inventorychecks on all operating equipment and supplies.
4.不断寻求市场和公关方面的机会以加强关注力并最终带来生意。
Continuously seeks Marketing and PublicRelations opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business.
【岗位要求】
1.中餐厅背景,在具有良好标准的酒店或大型餐厅担任助理经理 / 主管至少有二到四年的工作经验。
Chinese Restaurant background,Minimum two to four years work experience as Assistant Manager/Supervisor in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
2.出色的客户服务和人际交往技能。
Excellent customer service and Inter-personal Skills.
3.拥有酒店管理专业餐饮管理方向的文凭 / 学位。
Holds a diploma/degree in Hospitality Management specialising in Food and Beverage Management
