1、确保所有前厅部的员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。E
nsures that all Front Office associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
2、确保所有前厅部熟悉掌握酒店的产品知识及服务标准。
Ensures that all Front Office associates are familiar with the Hotel’s products and services.
3、礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验3年以上.
College degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in the same position.
2、熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作,具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。
Familiar with the operation and management of the front office department, and possess a strong sense of work responsibility and professionalism.
3、督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管。Supervise the service quality standards and operation process standards of employees in various departments of the front office, and conduct comprehensive supervision over all work of the front office department.
4、英语对话流利,有较强的协调管理能力,具有一定的销售能力。
Fluent in English conversation, with strong coordination and management capabilities, as well as certain sales capabilities.
