Main duties and responsibilities:
- Meet, greet, seat and farewell customers at the restaurant

- Welcome customers, suggesting dishes according to thei likes : upselling !!!

- Handle complaints according to guidelines and in a way that leaves customers satisfied and impressed

- Promote the restaurant and function services to potential clients
