Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Directs and controls all subordinate staff to ensure that all day to day operational
matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met

2.Liases with the kitchen, stewarding, bars, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that
the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility
与厨房,管事部,酒吧,客房部及工程部等相关部门协调以确保每日运营顺利进行。
3.Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them
in detail to guests.
熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容,并可以详细的给客人做出解释。
4.Check reservations for the day, ensuring that the restaurant & team member have tables
ready and large bookings have been confirmed by phone.
检查餐厅当天预定,保证员工能够按照预定准备及正确摆台,做好相应的准备,并能致电
确认预定。
5.Assists in the planning and execution of promotional activities as directed
按要求辅助上级计划与执行食品的促销活动。
Job Specs 职位要求
1.2-3years in a managerial position in 4/5 Star category hotel
二至三年在四/五星级酒店的相关管理经验。
2.Good local and English language skills.
良好的地方和英语语言技能。
3.Communication Skill.
沟通能力。
4.Strong in Leadership skills & good training conducting skills.
领导技能及培训技巧。
