1.Ensure all amenity are replenished accordingly, all equipment and facility are working properly

2.Knowledgeable for hotel product to provide accurate and efficient service, solve guest request.

3. Attend all meeting and training organized by hotel and department.

4.Ensure guest privacy is respected when DND status is displayed.

5.Ensure compliance of Lost & Found procedures.
确保依照失物招领程序办事。
6.Promote the hotel and Hilton products and services.
促销酒店与希尔顿的产品与服务。
7.Familiar with hotel security, first aid, fire and emergency procedures, and be able to use
the equipment appropriately.
