1、Mise en Place and Food Preparation.食品准备工作。
2、To welcome and seat guest upon arrical at the table.迎宾及安排座位。
3、To assist the guest in choosing his or her beverage and or good order from the menu. And try to upsell specials as specified by the kitchen and beverage items.帮助客人点单，选择食品和饮料并进行推销。
4、Assist with receiving and storage of goods.物品的接受与存库。
5、Clean and maintain equipment and premises.设备的清洁，保养和选定。
6、Maintain hygienic standards and procedures.保持卫生标准与程序。
7、Assist with the preparation of functions and service.协助预定的准备工作及服务。
8、Assist with cellar operations协助酒库的操作。
9、To make the guest feel welcome at all times, and ensure that the service offered is of the highest  quality, and that service is prompt efficient but not overbearing,and that service is offered with a smile at all times.随时面带微笑，保证服务的快捷，有效以确保客人感到舒适。
10、Assist with the preparation of an outlet for service, including:准备工作包括以下：
o    Cleaning of equipment 设备的保结。
o    Sorting of stores equipment库房设备的安排。
o    Cleaning and maintaining glassware for service.玻璃器皿的清洁与保养。
o    Cleaning and maintain flatware for service.餐具的清洁与保养。

11、To take the food or beverage order from the guest ,ensureing that the order is accurate and has been double. checked.保证点单正确并进行重复检查。
12、Preparing service equipment and materials.服务设备，服务物品的准备。
13、Assisting with table preparation餐桌的准备工作。
14、To serve any requested food  or beverage item that is available, as  per the service policy.根据服务规定准备好所需的食品和饮料。
15、Recording of replacement of stock.根据货品存货进行补充。
16、Billing procedures in line with hotel policy.依据饭店结帐程序。
17、Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.有效的建立和保持员工间的良好关系。
18、Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.员工根据时间安排参加会议。
19、Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled.员工根据时间安排参与培训课程。
