1. Master the condition of the guest rooms under their jurisdiction
掌握所辖客房的状况。
2. Inspect the facilities and management of the housekeeping department, and conduct spot checks on the quality and efficiency of the department's work
检查客房部的设施和管理,抽查本部门工作质量及工作效率。
3. Responsible for planning and supervising the work of the department, as well as coordinating with the department's financial budget
负责对部门的工作策划,督导,与本部门的财政预算。
4. Familiarize oneself with the operation of the department, handle daily affairs, and provide timely guidance when problems are discovered
熟悉部门的运作情况,处理每天的事务,发现问题及时进行指导。
5. Pay attention to guest dynamics, handle general guest complaints, and report major accidents to the department manager.
留意宾客动态,处理一般性的宾客投诉,有重大事故时须向部门经理报告。
Required Qualifications 任职要求:
1. Having worked as a floor supervisor for more than 1 year
从事楼层主管工作1年以上。
2. Familiar with professional knowledge of room management
熟知客房管理专业知识。
3. Outgoing personality, work steadily, with strong service awareness and sense of responsibility
性格开朗、工作踏实,有较强的服务意识和责任感。
