F&B Manager餐饮部经理

Job Description岗位职责:
· To prepare, along with his outlet teams, a yearly Marketing Plan for each outlet, this is on the basis of the yearly business plan.
和部门团队一起，准备每个部门的年度营销计划，作为年度营业计划基础。
· To ensure that an effective marking approach is applied to all outlets in his Food and Beverage Operations.
确保一个适用于所有餐饮运作部门的有效营销方法。
· To continuously seek ways to management in the outlet to maximize revenues and profit.
想法设法，管理餐厅部门的收入和利润符合预算目标。
· To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management team accordingly.
充分了解市场对餐厅各部门的需求和期望，确保各餐厅管理团队对于相应产品线（菜单）的开发。
· Follow guidelines in Corporate F&B standard manual for each outlet.
遵循每个餐厅的餐饮标准手册。
· Through detailed, hands on and direct supervision, ensures that the guidelines are followed.
通过详细、交接和直接监督，确保遵循指导方针。
· Maintains quality goals by following up, eye for detail, following reports and guest comments, Medium reports, mystery shoppers.
维护并跟踪质量目标，关注细节，跟进报告和客人的评论、媒体报道、神秘者。
· Stays informed for local, regional, national trends by reading, visiting competition, magazines, etc.
通过阅读，观察竞争对手，杂志等等了解本地、地区、国家发展趋势。
· Responds effectively to internal audit reports, investigation following guest comments.
有效地回应内部审计报告，跟进客人的评论的调查。
· Organizes weekly front of house & back of house tour for cleanliness, Hygiene and maintenance.
组织每周对营业区和后区的卫生清洁和维护检查工作。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
· Good oral and written communication skills
良好的口头及书面沟通能力
· Min 8-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
至少8年酒店相关运做经验，具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
· Bachelor degree or above
本科以上学历
· Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
