PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
· Responsible for security checks of the entire hotel and its equipment on a regular basis each day/evening.
每天/晚上定期对整个酒店及其设备进行安全检查
· Responsible for attending to, resolving or acting upon any alarms or security breaches that may occur whilst on duty.
负责处理、解决或处理任何在工作期间可能发生的警报或安全漏洞
· The Duty Manager is to ensure and oversee that the Receptionist shift procedures/duties are completed on time and are procedurally correct.
值班经理应确保并监督接待员的换班程序/职责按时完成,程序正确
· To assist all area in the Front Office Dept. whilst on duty as required. (Tel: Operator, Reservation, Reception, Concierge, VIP Service)
协助前厅部各部门在必要时的工作。(总机、预订、接待、礼宾、VIP服务)
REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
· Minimum 2 year supervisory experience in luxury hotel
至少2年以上豪华酒店管理经验
· Proficient in the English and local language (verbal & written)
熟练使用英语及当地语言 (口头及书面)
