To manage the overall operation of the Bar
全面管理酒吧的运营
To ensure all standards are being followed in accordance with F&B policies and procedures

To motivate, discipline, direct and supervise the work of all talents in the Bar
激励,培养,指导和监督所有酒吧员工的工作
To develop and maintain training programs to ensure all talents have full product knowledge

To handle complaints and make effective service recovery, establish guest database with preference records to ensure the guest satisfaction
处理投诉并采取有效的补救措施,建立客人的偏好、喜好信息数据库以确保宾客满意度
To maintain and control inventory of the Bar equipment and ensure that inventory is kept clean and in good shape
维护和控制酒吧设备的库存,确保库存保持整洁和状况良好
To analyze financial and operating information of the Bar and assist F&B department to develop promotions
分析酒吧财务和运作信息配合餐饮部进行推广促销
To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by F&B
