RESPONSIBILITIES 职责
· Politely greet and briefly converse withguests in room while delivering trolleys/meals
送餐到客人房间的时候礼貌地问候客人并与客人进行短暂的交谈
· Set up table and serve food from trolleywith correct preparation of all orders
摆放餐桌，并按照正确的点单服务食品
· Unwrap and show food to ensure all (andproper) items are received
打开并展示食品确保所点项目的全部送达
· Answer questions re: room service andresponds to requests for additional F&B service
回答客人的问题：客房服务和餐饮服务的其他需求
· Properly collect and neatly stack dirtydishes on trolley, table, or tray and remove from rooms or retrieve from halloutside of rooms
正确整理从客房和楼层走廊收回的餐桌或托盘上的脏盘子
· Break down trays and trolleys atstewarding area
在管事部区域整理餐车和托盘
·Clean workstation including roomservice trolleys, hot boxes and room service shelves
