· Motivate, discipline, direct and supervise the work of assistantmanagers while maintaining effective relationships

· Review the various Operations Manuals and incorporate into training

· Responsible for receiving business card collection and guest comments.

· Constantly monitor the talent's appearance, attitude and degree ofprofessionalism
