· Maintain all operating equipment in banquet service and raise Engineering work order and co-ordinate damaged items for repair

· Attend all meetings and training as requested by Banquet Manager

· Ensure execution of service standards during operations and give training and guidance

· Assist Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations within peak times when needed

· Assist outlet managers and carry out requests made by the management

· Make sure to debug AV devices before every meeting where AV devices are needed

· Check AV equipment regularly

· Ensures new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system.

· Ensures that Banquet storage and Audio Visual areas are neat and organized, including the proper storage of props, and equipment.
