· Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her talents.
管理和监督客房服务员的各项工作。
· Ensure all guest areas are cleaned in accordance with the correct standards and procedures.
确保所有客用区域根据正确的标准和程序进行清洁。
· Ensure that guest supplies are replenished.
确保客用品是充足整齐的。
· Ensure guests’ requests are promptly and courteously met.
确保客人的要求及时有礼貌的满足。
· Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms using Lan Dou system.
使用蓝豆云系统报告酒店房间内设施设备的损坏或故障。
· Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair.
保证清洁设备的清洁和能够正常运转。
· Maintain a section floor report.
保持和所负责楼层服务员的联系。
· Conduct regular room checklists.
按照规定对房间进行检查并记录。
