Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years of cooking in fine dining restaurants.
Must have knowledge in cold, hot, grill, pastry and bakery.
Should be adept at conversing and interacting with guests. (Need to be very outgoing and talkative)
The chef will be the hotel image of CHAR, and a lot of PR will be done, TV, magazines…etc.
Nationality: Australian, New Zealander, American, European will be preferred.
