Primary Responsibilities
主要职责:
· Produces the Annual Revenue Plan in conjunction with Executive Committee, Sales and Marketing Budgets and forecasts
依据行政管理层与市场销售部总预算制定年度营收计划
· Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved
制定并执行与确保营收目标达成
· Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate
分析现在与未来市场趋势,整合销售活动以保持并增加营收
· Manages key accounts
管理主要大客户
· Oversees the selling and servicing of group business
负责监督销售和服务团队业务
· Co-ordinates the development of all promotional material
协调发展各项宣传材料
· Provides direction on and conducts market research
提供政策导向,并进行市场调研
Qualification:
招聘要求:
1.University Graduate or Diploma and/or Degree or equivalent in the Hospitality Industry
酒店管理、市场营销或相关专业,大学本科以上学历
2.Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
在星级酒店销售部,拥有丰富的销售经验及客户资源,从事销售行业5年以上者优先录用
3.Ability to work under pressure with team and independent
能够承受压力与团队良好合作
4.Strong at drive and lead team at daily sales work
高效能力带领团队
5.Familiar with Beijing market and complete understanding of Key Account Management
熟悉北京酒店销售市场以及重要客户的管理
6.Good sense of sales in terms of Corporate and MICE
对公司及会议有很好的销售认知
