Steward Supervisor 管事部主管

岗位职责
主要负责操作维护洗碗机、洗锅台等清洁设备，运用三槽水池清洗消毒餐具、厨具，分拣处理银器，查验洗净器皿，不合格品重新洗涤；清洁厨房、库房区域，清运垃圾并做好可回收物分类，规范存放洁净器具。协助收货、轮换储存易腐食材。严格遵守安全、卫生制度，正确使用防护用品，及时上报隐患与意外；维系团队协作，落实各项卫生标准；可独立搬运重物，胜任长时间站立、弯腰等体力工作，完成主管安排的其他合理工作。
The position operates and maintains cleaning equipment such as dishwashers and pot-scrubbing stations. It cleans and sanitizes tableware and kitchen tools in the 3-compartment sink, sorts silverware, inspects cleaned items and rewashes soiled ones. The associate cleans kitchen and storage areas, disposes garbage and sorts recyclables, and stores clean wares properly. The role assists deliveries and stock rotation of perishables. Staff must follow safety and sanitation regulations, use PPE correctly and report hazards and incidents promptly, maintain teamwork and uphold hygiene standards. The job requires lifting heavy objects, prolonged standing, bending and other physical work, as well as other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.
