1. To ensure the coordination of the Housekeeping department is monitored and kept updated via notice boards, standard reports, and communication to the respective areas as per resort standards. Ensuring all requests to the Housekeeping department is handled in an efficient and correct manner as per resort standards.

2. Monitor, update, and correct status boards as per daily instructions.

3. Answer calls and FCS requests and ensure the requests are followed up and completed as per resort standards.

4. Communicate correctly with department supervisors and managers throughout the day ensuring that all information is updated and communicated to the correct area efficiently.
