Key Duties and Responsibilities
主要职责与责任
§ Coordinates
with Director of Operations and the management staff to operate a superior
Water Park experience.
§ 同水世界运营总监以及管理人员协调配合,提供卓越的水上乐园体验。
§ Provides
direction and coordination for all disciplines in order to achieve the synergy
required to position, train and motivate employees to provide a safe, high
quality guest experience.
§ 指导和协调各个专业,实现协同增效,从而为员工安排合适的岗位,培训并激励员工为客人提供安全、高品质的服务。
§ Recruits and
develops a professional and dedicated management team.
§ 招聘并打造专业专注的管理团队。
§ Handling complaints /voids, special requests from
sales/marketing/events for VIPs.
§ 处理投诉/无效项目、贵宾的特殊促销/营销/活动要求。
§ Ensures that
Aquaventure facilities are maintained at the highest level of quality. Maintains
a safe, secure, and healthy environment for employees and guests.
§ 确保水世界冒险乐园内的设施保持在最高的质量水平。为员工和客人维护一个安全、稳妥、健康的环境。
§ Aggressively
monitors and anticipates service needs in order to ensure a high quality and
superior “blow-away” guest experience.
§ 积极观察了解,对服务需求有所预知,并以此来保证品质卓越、“无比震撼”的客户体验。
§ Develops and
maintains open and professional lines of communication with all departments
that interact with the Aquaventure operation.
§ 就水世界冒险乐园的运营事宜与所有部门进行并保持充分、专业的沟通。
§ Coordinates
Aquaventure operations in order to ensure a seamless guest experience
throughout all division operations.
§ 就水世界冒险乐园的运营协调配合,确保客人在所有运营项目上都有同等品质的体验。
