作为一名人事专员,你的主要工作职责为:
1. Inspects regularly employee canteen, dormitory,lockerrooms, lockers and other employee facilities to ensure they are well operatedand maintained
2. Assist in purchasing stock/inventory according topurchasing procedures and specifications
3. Managing the locker keysand lending keys to employees according to the regulation book-in
4. Maintains and updates talent records, legal documents,policies and procedures and other personnel matters
5. Build up good workingrelationship with the personnel in the other departments.
6. Responsible for staff activities.
7. Maintain and update staffNotice board.
8. Check the attendance of HR
9. Employee checking in and checking out
1. 定期协助检查员工餐厅、宿舍、更衣室、更衣箱和其他员工设备以保证这些设备的良好
2. 协助按照采购程序号明细单进行采购和库存
3. 管理更衣柜钥匙并在员工借用更衣柜钥匙时按规定办理

7. 维护并更新员工宣传栏
8. 核对部门考勤
9. 员工入职和离职手续
We are looking for someone who:我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人:
1. Preferably possessesrelevant experience in a luxury hotel
2. Communicates and writes withfluency in English (as well as the local language)
3. Is an advanced user ofMicrosoft Office suite
4. Enjoys interacting withpeople
5. Careful work, a strong senseof responsibility.
6. Good team spirit, goodconduct, strong external, and internal communication skills
