Job Purpose

Prepares, and cooks food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards for the guests and associates by following instructions. Works in a Hygienic, safe, efficient and productive manner at all times. Familiarizes himself with menu and ingredient knowledge

according to the established standards.

stored, prepared and secured hygienically and safely
