The Role 岗位职责:
1. Maintains excellent grooming standards , ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
保持良好的仪容仪表,确保团队了解酒店运营与工作职责。
2. Participates in menu planning and costing, and develops and writes standard recipes.
参与菜单计划制定及成本核算,负责标准食谱的编写与更新。
3. Develops new dishes and products, and ensures outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained.
积极研发新菜品及产品,持续提升烹饪技术水准。
4. Assists with organizing special events and food promotions, maintains comprehensive product knowledge, and makes recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations.
协助组织特别活动及食品推广,关注市场动态,根据产品知识提出厨房运营调整建议。
5. Maintains a hygienic and clean kitchen.
维护厨房卫生标准,确保所有区域清洁整洁。
6. Maintains the kitchen equipment.
负责厨房设备的日常保养与故障报修,保障设备正常运转。
7. Works with Superior and Human Resource Manager to ensure the departmental performance of talent is productive.
与上级及人力资源部合作,确保部门人才的工作绩效高效产出。
8. Assists in planning for future talenting needs and assists in recruiting in line with company guidelines.
参与未来人才需求规划,并按照公司指引协助招聘工作。
9. Prepares and administers detailed induction program for new talent, and ensures training needs analysis is carried out and training programmes are designed and implemented to meet needs.
制定新员工入职培训计划,开展厨房人才培训需求分析,设计并实施相应培训项目。
10. Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions, and coaches, counsels and disciplines talent, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
依据公司制度进行试用期及正式绩效评估,提供建设性反馈,辅导、指导与规范人才行为。
11. Regularly communicates with talent and maintains good relations.
定期与团队成员沟通交流,维护良好的工作关系。
12. Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest-focused set of departmental standards and procedures, works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget, and controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget.
协助建立并监督执行以客户为中心的部门标准与操作程序,参与部门预算的编制与管理,持续监控成本以符合预算目标。
13. Assists in coordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget and other related financial tasks.
配合上级协调年度预算准备工作,并协助完成其他财务相关事务。
14. Demonstrates awareness of OH&S policies and procedures, ensures all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines, and ensures that direct reports do the same.
遵守职业健康与安全政策,确保所有操作安全合规,并督导下属同样执行。
15. Is familiar with property safety, first aid, fire and emergency procedures, operates equipment safely, initiates action to correct hazardous situations, notifies supervisors of potential dangers, and logs security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
熟悉酒店安全、急救、消防及紧急疏散程序,安全操作设备,及时纠正危险情况并上报,按酒店要求记录安全事故与意外事件。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是豪华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
有过酒店行业的专业培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Command organization system in our department,knowledge how to make or motivate people work, cooperate with other departments.
能够指挥本部门的组织系统,知人善任,调动下级的积极性,协调与其他部门的关系。
