Assist the catering service manager in managing various restaurants, banquet on-site service teams, etc., to control service quality.
2.制定一线服务标准,组织员工技能培训、日常仪容礼仪督导。
Develop frontline service standards, organize employee skill training, and supervise daily appearance and etiquette.
3.管控餐具、酒水、布草耗材,定期盘点,降低餐饮损耗。
Control tableware, alcohol, and linen consumables, conduct regular inventory checks, and reduce food and beverage losses.
4.现场跟进用餐宾客需求,及时处理客诉,联动厨房优化出品服务配合。
Follow up on the needs of dining guests on site, promptly handle customer complaints, and coordinate with the kitchen to optimize production services.
5.监督管理各餐厅服务 SOP,全员实操培训。
Supervise and manage the service SOP of each restaurant, and provide practical training for all staff.
岗位要求
1.至少 3 年以上奢华酒店餐饮服务管理经验。
2.熟悉中西餐、宴会、等全套服务流程,擅长现场人员管控。
3.英语沟通良好,抗压能力强。
4.有奢华酒店工作经验者优先考虑。
