岗位职责:
1. Operate and optimize DMH e-learning system to improve user experience (This includes, but is not limited to design and update the DMH Academy UI, compile monthly report, manage online training course).

2. Assist Director of Learning and Development to promote company culture, incl. Shining culture and brand culture etc.
协助培训与发展总监进行公司文化推广,如:炫悦文化和品牌文化等
3. Design training courses
进行课程研发设计
4. Ensure the whole training system to be set up in new projects
确保培训体系在新酒店中的建立
5. Ensure all training requirements to be executed in all properties
确保培训要求在酒店层面得以执行
6. Use DMH publicity platform to report all L&D related activities
利用钓美宣传平台对与学习与发展相关的工作进行宣传和报道
7. Maintain L&D department daily operation, i.e. Monthly L&D Meeting, varies reports, filing, book store, etc
维护学习发展部日常运作,如组织月度会议安排月度会议,准备各种报告,档案管理,等。
8. Update the training materials (poster, PPT, etc.) according to the DMH culture and brand information adjustment. Inform the update information to training managers in properties and Brand Residence. Make sure all the material is using on the brand.
9. 根据集团文化与品牌更新,及时更新相关培训课件、文件、海报等,并告知酒店培训部负责人。保证所有文件设计和使用符合集团规定。
10.Build the relationship with outside venders to enrich training resources.
与外部供应商建立联系,丰富培训资源。
11.To complete other tasks assigned by the Director of Learning and Development.
完成培训与发展总监交代的其他事宜。
任职资格:
1. Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
酒店管理或同等学历的学历要求。学士学位优先。
2. English Language proficiency and preferably, bilingual in the local language.
能够熟练地运用英语和当地语言。
3. Minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably hotel or training/management experience.
至少具有两年的相关工作经验,酒店或培训/管理经验优先。
4. There must also be a minimum of one-year line experience in implementing corporate programs at the property level.
具有至少一年在酒店级别执行企业计划的经验。
5. Communicate Effectively: Must be able to speak, read, write well in English and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

6. Exhibit Self-confidence: Must be able to communicate and exhibit confidence when dealing with all levels, including GMs as well as down to the lowest line level associates
