岗位职责 Job responsibilities
1. Assist guests to move luggage.
协助宾客搬迁行李。
2. Receiving letters, parcels, notes and messages on behalf of guests. 
代客交收信件、包裹、便条及信息等。
3. Responsible for all telephone inquiries and counter inquiries. 
负责所有电话询问及柜台询问事宜
4.  Keep your luggage moving fast and friendly. 
保持行李搬迁能提供迅速及友善之服务。
5.  Take charge of luggage storage and issue baggage claim labels.
代理行李保管事宜和签发行李索取标签事宜。
6.  Maintain baggage service equipment.
保养行李服务设备。
7.  Keep the luggage storage room clean and tidy 
保持行李储藏室之整洁
8. Open the front door of the lobby to welcome guests.
提供大堂正门之开门迎宾服务。
9. Greet guests, offer help, lead guests to the reception desk. 
迎接客人，提供帮助，把客人引领到前台接待处。
10. When opening the front door and welcoming guests, in case of rain, take an umbrella to facilitate guests to get on and get off
在正门开门及欢迎客人时，如遇雨天，需拿伞方便客人上、下车
11. Lead the guest to the designated room and introduce the room equipment and its usage.
带领客人到指定房间及介绍房间设备及其使用方法。
12. Guide guests to the front desk for check-out procedures when they check out.    
住客退房时，引领其到前台办理退房手续。
13. Put the luggage into the taxi, check the number of luggage and invite guests to confirm. 
把行李装上出租车，盘点行李件数及恭请客人确认
14. Assist to keep the lobby area clean and tidy 
协助保持大堂区域清洁和整齐
15. Responsible for other tasks assigned by front office manager. 
负责其它由前厅部经理安排之任务。
 
岗位要求 Job requirements
1.  At least 1 year international hotel related working experience;
拥有1年以上国际酒店相关工作经验；
2. Good command of English; 
良好的英语运用能力；
3. Good health, quick thinking, good communication skills.
