工作职责:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in being responsible for the restaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.

Assist in maintaining the overall welfare of our associates by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.

Assist to achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.

Work with the Restaurant Manager to be responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement.
和餐厅经理一起对每月盈利和损耗负责。
Assist in accurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.协助经理准确地了解客人的需要从而确保提供好的服务和食物。
Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
始终负责维持部门的安全和卫生的标准。
任职资格:
Minimum of two years of restaurant operations management experience. and at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
两年以上餐厅运作管理经验,并有一年以上的管理经验。
Demonstrated leadership qualities.
出色的领导能力。
Demonstrated good technical knowledge of restaurant operations.
出色的餐厅营运知识。
Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication skills.
出色的交际能力。
Proficient in English and Chinese.
