Directly responsible for all aspects of operations of the Latitude 22 by ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.

Assist to enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.

To implement all F&B promotions in Lounges to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for restaurants sales opportunities.

Develop, plan and execute all Food & Beverage promotions with the operations and communications departments for both internal and external communications related promotions.

JOB SPECIFICATION
职位要求
Demonstrated good alcohol and wine knowledge.
有良好的酒类知识。
Demonstrated excellent communications skills in Mandarin. English preferred.
良好的普通话和英语表达能力。
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
须有2年以上的相关行业工作经验
