1.Assist and support management andthe leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Assist talents with internal and external transfer requests andprocedures. Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes andissues. Coordinate and conduct applicant health examination, reference checks,background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security numberverification. Maintain applicant flow, drug screen, orientation and transferrequest logs. Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter theminto Human Resources Information Systems. Assist with orientation of new talents. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes forcompliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies andstandards. Ensure accurate maintenance of all talent records and files (e.g., interviewdocuments). Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordancewith policies and procedures, as necessary. Inform Human Resources managementof issues related to talent relations within the division orproperty. Create and maintain filing systems. Generate Human Resources datareports as necessary Answer phone calls and record messages. Create and typeoffice correspondence using computer. Serve as Human Resources subject matterexpert and participate on project teams.
