To ensure that AWAY SPA & FIT operates in a customer-focused manner and provides a high standard of professional and effective service to all members and hotel guests, Responsible for the management and supervision of the spa fitness area including classes, services, business hours, facilities and staff. Responsible for coordinating the operation of spa services including skin care, fitness and pool, massage event organization, reservations, reception area and changing area, Work with spa and Style Fitness managers to achieve successful spa operations and maximize quest and employee satisfaction.
