Education background in cooking, pastry, college degree or above is preferred

Minimum 5 years working experience in bakery or corresponding management
具有五年以上饼房工作经验或五年以上相应管理工作经历
Have a comprehensive knowledge of pastry, familiar with pastry shop production process and quality standards of various pastries
掌握全面的西点知识,熟悉西饼房生产流程和各式点心的质量标准
Have certain organizational arrangement, coordination and management ability
有一定的组织安排、协调管理能力
Have a strong career, love the job, serious and responsible
