2)监督礼宾员、行李员、车接车送服务等岗位的工作,确保服务标准。
Supervise the work of positions such asconcierge employee Bellman, and vehicle pick-up and drop-off services, andensure the service standards.
3)处理客人行李寄存、接送、信息咨询、叫车、订票等服务。
Provide services such as luggage storage forguests, pick-up and drop-off, information consultation, car-hailing, and ticketbooking.
4)协调与前台、客房、安保等部门的配合,确保服务流程顺畅。
Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping,security and other departments to ensure a smooth service process.
5)负责礼宾部的培训、排班及绩效考核。
Responsible for the training, scheduling andperformance evaluation of the concierge department.
6)管理礼宾部的设备、工具及客户资料,确保信息安全。
Manage the equipment, tools and customerinformation of the concierge department, ensuring the security of theinformation.
7)负责宾客满意度的提升。
Responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction.
8)协助前台办理入住和退房。
Assist the front desk in handling check-in andcheck-out procedures.
