Manage the Chinese banquet kitchen team, supervise the preparation of dishes, hygiene, safety and cost control.
4)负责宴会厨师的培训、排班与绩效考核。
Be responsible for the training, shift scheduling and performance assessment of banquet chefs.
5)与宴会销售、前厅、采购等部门紧密配合,确保宴会接待质量。
Closely cooperate with the banquet sales, front office, purchasing and other departments to ensure the quality of banquet reception.
6)定期评估宴会菜品表现,提出改进建议。
Regularly assess the performance of banquet dishes and offer suggestions for improvement.
