1)在全日餐厅及大堂吧经理的带领下,开展全日餐厅及大堂吧的日常工作,确保服务流程规范、客户体验优质。
Under the leadership of the manager of the all day dining & lobby lounge, carry out the daily work of the all day dining & lobby lounge to ensure standardized service processes and high-quality customer experience.
2)监督服务员、酒水员、清洁人员等岗位的工作,确保服务标准执行到位。
Supervise the work of positions such as waiters, waitresses, and cleaners to ensure that service standards are implemented effectively.
3)处理客户投诉、突发事件及日常运营问题。
Handle customer complaints, emergencies and daily operational issues.
4)参与员工排班、培训、绩效考核与团队管理。
Participate in employee shift scheduling, training, performance assessment and team management.
5)保持餐厅环境整洁、设施完好、服务高效。
Keep the restaurant environment clean and tidy, facilities in good condition and service efficient.
