Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1. To welcome and seatguest upon arrival at the table
迎接客人并安排客人入座
2. To assist guest inchoosing his or her beverage and or food order from the menu by givingrecommendations and explanations
通过提供建议和解释,帮助客人从菜单中选择饮品和食物
3. To take the food orbeverage order from guest, ensuring that the order is accurate and has beendouble checked with guest
客人的订单必须确保正确无误,并与客人进行重复核对
4. To be responsiblefor the cleaning of the table, during and after service to the guest.
在为客服务中或是之后都需要负责清洁餐桌
5. To have a fullunderstanding and knowledge of all items those are offered on the menu &beverage list.
充分理解和了解菜单和饮料单上所有的项目
6. To be responsiblethat all the drinks and food are served on time.
负责所有饮料和食物的准时供应
7. To record downguest diet preferences and handed to shift leader.
记录客人的饮食偏好并分享
