Correct and timely placement of
internal and external advertisements.
正确及时的发布内部和外部的招聘广告
Assist to attend the external
job fair and campus recruitment.
协助参加外部的招聘会、校园宣讲会等
Assist with the trainee
recruitment & daily management.
协助实习生的招聘、日常管理工作
Assist to receipt and interview
candidates.
协助接待及面试员工
Conduct the reference check for
the qualified candidates.
负责求职者的背景调查
Maintain a key in, update, and filing for employee files, PS forms,
documents and information.
负责管理员工档案,人力资源相关的表格、文件及其它档案信息录入、更新和保管
Prepare and make the ID Cards,
Name Badges for new staff and assist to finish the on-boarding procedure.
负责制作新员工的工作证,铭牌并协助完成新员工入职
Assist to conduct exit
interviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover.
协助执行离职面谈并提供员工离职原因的反馈
Verify the monthly attendance and
payment details of part timer.
核对月度兼职工考勤及付款明细
Apply Expatriates’ visas, work
permits, and residence permits, etc.
负责外籍员工签证、工作证以及居留许可证申请
Allocate lockers and management
of the locker room.
管理员工更衣室钥匙的发放,及时跟进更衣室的管理
Assist in organizing regular
employee sports and social activities, and to promote team spirit and maintain
high employee morale.
协助组织定期员工体育和社会活动,提升团队精神,保持员工士气
Assist in preparing monthly
personnel report and other related HR forms.
协助准备人事方面的月报及其他报表
Additional responsibilities and
tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of
the hotel.
根据酒店运营需要,可随时增加其工作职责与任务
