1.维护宴会厅区域的整齐有序。
Maintain
organization of banquet service areas.
2.与宴会运营经理和宴会厅厨师每天核对菜单和接待通知单。
Review
menu/service (BEO) with Events Operations Manager, Banquet Chef and Event Team
on a daily basis.
3.与宴会运营经理沟通任何客人的额外要求。
Coordinate any
additional set-up requirements with Events Operations Manager according to
guest’s need.
4.与厨房协调所有有关食品的要求,包括数量和出品方式。
Coordinate all
food requirements with the kitchen, including accurate counts for preparation
and plating.
5.负责客人对酒水的需求,负责维持宴会厅酒水成本的预算。
Be responsible for
maintaining budgeted banquet beverage cost, complete the Function Breakdown and
Daily Inventory.
6.直接管理宴会厅服务员的工作,并观察所有员工的工作表现。
Directly supervise
the work of Banquet service and personally observe the performance of all
Banquet service colleagues.
7.负责所有宴会厅员工的仪容仪表。
Directly
responsible for the grooming standards and appearance of all Banquet service colleagues.
8.确保宴会会议按照计划准时开始及预计可能的变化如果客人需要的话。
Insure that all
schedule Banquet functions take place on time and according to plan and make
last minute change if in need.
9.目前正在招聘的岗位是宴会领班。
Actual recruitment position is Events Captain.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.热爱服务行业,具有良好的服务意识,沟通技巧及团队合作精神。
Passion in the Service Industry, with good service awareness, communication skills, and team spirit.
2.2年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验。
Work experience in a similar position in another 5 Star Hotel for 2years.
