Supervises and monitors the recruitment process in accordance with the hotel policy and procedure and the government regulations by verifying that employee requisitions or changes of status are in line with manning guide, coordinating and scheduling interviews and collecting feedback and assessment following interviews with Department / Section Heads.

Establishes proper channels for sourcing qualified candidates and maintains a pool of professional talents.

Connect with recruitment website company, complete agreement signing or renewal.

Confirm the means of transportation and arrange dormitory for interns before entering the company.

Organize trainee communication meeting or activities.
每月组织实习生沟通会或活动
Follow trainee’s performance review accordingly.
定期跟踪实习生工作评估
Responsible for coordinating internship agreements with colleges.
负责与院校对接实习协议
Make meal and accommodation arrangements for visiting teachers.
做好来酒店探望实习生的食宿安排。
Analyze the resigned employee and summarized the statements every month.
每月对离职人员进行分析,汇总报表。
Conduct exit interviews for departing employees at supervisor level and below to understand the reasons for leaving.
对主管级及以下的离职员工进行离职面谈,了解离职原因。
Provide monthly expense accrual report based on intern status.
根据实习生状况提供月度费用计提报表。
