•The ability to observe guest’s experiences in the restaurant and anticipate their needs.
能够观察客人在餐厅的用餐过程，并预测他们的需求，超前服务。
•Monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
根据部门标准掌握和处理客人的抱怨并确保客人满意。
•The ability to perform cross-training and other tasks or projects as assigned by F&B management.
