To serve beverages
and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely and manner, resulting
in guest satisfaction. Also, Recommend department promotional activities to
guests, and act as cashier for the lounge.

Confidently knowing
the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them in detail to
guests.
熟悉掌握菜单并可以自如地向客人做以介绍。
Maintains proper and
adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and
stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products straws and stirrers,
condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet.
保持吧台充足的日常供给,包括酒水、酒具等。
Greets guests in a
courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks. Mixes,
garnishes and presents drinks suing standard ingredient recipes and practicing
prudent portion control.
礼貌友好地问候客人,确保客人需要的酒水、酒具等能够符合标准地送到。
Inputs orders into a
register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest and personnel
guests, including those served by other beverage servers, to maintain
accountability of all beverages served.
准确输入并登记客人所点或所加点的产品,包括其他服务员提供的酒水。
Receives cash from
guests, makes any change needed, verifies validity of charges, records charges,
and insures vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all moneys.

Locks up and stores
all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures
bank.

Attend mandatory
meetings.

Perform general
cleaning talks to adhere to health and safety standards.

Keep work area clean
and organized.
保持工作区域的整洁。
Complete other
duties as assigned by manager or supervisor such as assisting security with
disorderly guests.
完成经理或主管分配的其他任务。
Must adhere to all
State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulation pertaining to serving alcoholic
beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to insure all laws are being
fallowed.

Understand dietary
requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.
理解健康食品,并可以向客人提出合理的建议。
By completing TBS
checklist in product knowledge.
可根据客人的不同国籍,推荐菜单上的食品。
By ensuring
everything is clean and tidy, ready for guests to enter the restaurant.
保证各种设备设施的清洁,随时可以对客服务。
By assisting bar
attendants & kitchen staff where required and carry out any reasonable
duties requested by the Supervisor/Manager.
按照主管或经理的要求,协助饮料服务员及厨房员工。
Ensure all service
procedures are carried out to the standards required.
确保所有服务都符合标准。
Accommodate any
guest request, if not possible then offer appropriate alternatives.
满足客人要求,如果不能满足,提供客人另外的选择。
Take personal
responsibility for the service experience of all guests in your designated
area.
在对所有客人的服务中尽到职责。
Ask guests if
satisfied after each course and if anything additional is needed.
服务后询问其是否满意,并询问客人是否有其他需要。
Follow up any guest
questions or queries immediately and if you don’t know the answer, check with your
Supervisor/Manager.
满足客人的各项要求,如不能马上答复客人,请与经理联系。
Smile & wish all
guests a nice greeting as they enter & exit the restaurant, even if they
are not designated to your section.
在客人进入或离开餐厅是都抱以微笑与问候,无论其是否在自己的服务区内。
Make sure all areas
are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedures.
严格执行服务程序,确保所有服务设施的清洁与完备。
All guests check
must be presented promptly on request with a feedback form & brochure.
在客人结帐时,账单要与客人满意程度调查及其他宣传单一起放在账单夹中。
Thank all guests and
wish them a pleasant day.
感谢客人的光临并祝愉快。
Ensuring that safe
and healthy working practices are observed throughout service.
在服务过程中确保严格遵守卫生及安全守则。
Reporting any
accidents/incidents to the Supervisor/Manager.
向上一级主管或经理汇报发生的任何事故。
Food & Beverage
mission is established and instilled in all team members.
