1.Familiar with
Front Office Standards and Procedures.

and actively participates in enrolling new members .

5.Maintain good working relations with all
departments, especially Housekeeping and Reservations. Make sure conduct well
room control.

6.Responsible
for correct registration procedure; registration card, room
负责正确执行登记程序;如填写登记卡、分配房间、信用担保等。
7.Responsible
for correct handling of cash and cheques, credit cards, foreign currencies,
vouchers and invoices
负责正确处理现金和支票、信用卡、外币兑换、付款凭证以及发票等收银相关事宜。
8.Assist in
resolving accounting matters; disputes, missing back-ups etc

9.Monitor the
food and beverage quality & presentation in club on daily basis.

10.Check guest
feedback regarding food and beverage issue, then forward to Sheraton Club
Manager and Chef.

11.Identify VIP,
Marriott Bonvoy member, regular and long staying guest, develop rapport to
offer personalized service and assistance
确认VIP贵宾,优先顾客、常住客以及长住客;建立良好关系并提供个性化服务。
12.Ensure a high
lever of cleaning is maintained in your work area
确保所在工作区域的高度整洁。
13.Meeting room
must always be presented in a clean and tidy condition, with all necessary
equipment in place.
保证会议室及办公室干净整齐所有设备摆放到位。
14.Follow
all company policies and procedures
遵守所有公司政策和程序。
